On the job training is divided into internal training and external training:


(1)Internal training:


   Trainee: production personnel and management personnel

   Production personnel:training includes cross training and post level training. Cross training includes multiple skills training, new product and new equipment training. Through cross training, it will improve the skill extent of the production personnel and achieve the strategic target of one person with multiple skills.

   Management personnel:based on personnel competency model, work flow, job content analysis, typical work task analysis, personnel development planning and other processes, tools and methods in many aspects, it shall confirm personnel learning and development paths. With training and explanations of trainers of the company, it shall realize rapid growth.


(2)External training:


   External training is divided into knowledge training, skill training and professional quality.

   Knowledge training:based on job responsibilities of different posts, it shall confirm job knowledge models and conduct pertinent training based on knowledge required.

   Skill training:targeting at different skill types, it shall confirm the statue of existing personnel and conduct skill improvement training.

   Professional quality:based on corporate requirements and needs for corporate culture development, it shall conduct professional quality training.
