In FIT, the internship period for the newly hired undergraduates is one year and for postgraduate is half a year. The occupation development direction for all employees is divided into two categories, namely administration channel and expert technical channel.
Based on individual working performance and comprehensive qualities, personnel engaged in administration shall be promoted from junior staff, intermediate staff, senior staff, person in charge to the head of a department; personnel engaged in technical work shall be promoted from junior engineer, intermediate engineer, senior engineer, deputy chief engineer to expert, where expert can enjoy treatment of the head of department to senior manager. In channel of each category of occupational development, FIT provides multiple technical or administrative positions for employees, covering many fields such as manufacturing, quality assurance, product research and development, sales, purchase, finance and management.
